My name is Jay Mostyn, and I am the head of Luxury Lifestyle Homes. I have been in the building industry for over two decades, but a few years ago, I decided to take a risk.
After a not-so-great experience with a franchise, I decided to start over, this time focusing on high-end luxury homes. Joining that group felt like a step in the right direction at the time, but I quickly realised I wasn't getting anywhere fast, especially with the lack of solid systems to push my business to the next level.
That's when I stumbled upon APB. I was pretty much doing it all—juggling onsite work and then drowning in paperwork at home. It was too much, especially with my four kids growing up fast.
