How APB Is Making A Difference

The Association of Professional Builders is committed to contributing to the community and making a difference in the lives of those in need.

Whenever one of our members renews their membership with APB, they not only gain access to world-class coaching, resources, and support, but they also make a positive impact on the lives of people living in poverty around the world.

Finding a good cause to support within the construction industry that our members could resonate with was very important to us.

That is why we decided to partner with the 141 Project, a charity that builds homes for people living in poverty in countries like Guatemala. Through our program, every APB Member that renews their membership triggers a USD$100 donation to the 141 Project.

For every 25 membership renewals, APB funds one home for a family in need.

About The 141 Project

The 141 Project builds homes for people with poor living conditions in Guatemala, to help break the cycle of poverty and empower families for the future.

The 141 Project was started by builders, for builders. Their goal is to build one home for families in need, for every one home built in the US.

APB expects to contribute over $40,000 in the next twelve months, enabling the 141 Project to build 16 additional homes.

The 141 Project believes a home represents safety, stability, and hope, and is a catalyst for change for impoverished families. And that’s why a home is one of the most powerful gifts in the world.
